In the military, he served 29 years in the Minnesota National Guard, retiring as a Colonel after leading soldiers through complex and high-pressure missions.
During his deployment in Iraq, Brian led more than 800 soldiers through extended combat operations, making decisions where lives and outcomes were on the line.
That experience shapes how he leads today.
